1. Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Discounted or clearance items (final sale)
  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at help@quantumfrog.fun with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Important:
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive the item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
