- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a return.

- Discounted or clearance items (final sale)
- Personalized or custom-made products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at help@quantumfrog.fun with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Important:
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive the item.

- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
